LOCALLY OWNED
Bayside Savings Bank is the only locally owned financial institution in Gulf
County. Our Directors, Officers and Staff are all residents of this area and
are involved in the Community. We understand the needs of the local
residents and newcomers to this area. Prompt decisions and creating
financial products to suit your specific needs is our motto.
We are regulated by the Office of Thrift Supervision, a division of the
United State Department of Treasury, and our deposits are insured by the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
CONFIDENTIALITY
The customer information* we obtain to make decisions is not
disseminated without the customer giving specific instructions and
authority. We make every attempt to secure the privacy of our customers and
will not sell, lease or otherwise give your information to outside parties.
We may solicit your business for affiliates, however, your information is
not disbursed to them. Our staff will mail you the
information and you will have the option to reply directly to the affiliate.

OFFICERS
Thomas R. “Tommy” Lake
President & CEO
Tommy is an experienced banking professional with over twenty years experience in consumer and commercial lending, retail bank management and business development. He is also a community banker who prides himself on personal contact and creative solutions. Tommy takes an active role in
the local community and enjoys serving on local civic and community boards.
Brian M. Courtney
Chief Financial Officer
Brian has eight years of accounting experience starting in public accounting. His background includes internal control compliance, financial statement preparation and management. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant in
Alabama and Florida, as well as a Certified Managerial Accountant.
Charles H “Hiram” Nix
Vice President Operations/Security Officer
Hiram has over nineteen years of banking experience. His background
includes branch management, customer service, sales, security officer,
merchant processing and network administration.
Kelli Combs
Vice President Loans
Kelli has over fifteen years of banking experience. Her background includes teller
operations, sales, customer service, consumer and residential lending, and
loan administration.
Tiffany Fogle
Assistant Vice President Customer Service
Tiffany has over twelve years of banking experience. Her background
includes the areas of sales, customer service, teller operations, and
branch management.

Terry DuBose
Chairman of the Board
Terry has been a banker in the Panhandle of Florida for over thirty-five years. He strongly believes that
“community banking” was established to help the community.
Jasper L. “Roy” Smith
Secretary
Roy is owner of Hannon Insurance Agency, one of the leading insurance
providers in Port St. Joe. Roy has over thirty years experience in the
insurance industry and has served as a local bank Director for ten
years. He is active in the community through a variety of civil
organizations.
Stuart Shoaf
Treasurer
Stuart is President of St. Joe Natural Gas and has over twenty years
experience in the utilities industry. He is founder of the St. Joe New
Network and has ten years experience as Director of a local bank.
Charles Costin
Charles is owner of Costin & Costin, a law firm specializing in real
estate sales and development. He has over twenty-one years experience as
a local bank director and is a lifetime resident of Port St. Joe.
William “Rex” Buzzett
Rex is a licensed pharmacist and a native of Port St. Joe. He is a member
of several civic organizations including Lion’s Club, the Port St. Joe
Downtown Redevelopment Agency and the Gulf County Tourist Development
Council.
George Duren
George has over thirty years of retail experience and is owner of Duren’s
Piggly Wiggly, Bluewater Outriggers and Bluewater Realty & Vacation
Rentals. He has served as a bank Director for over twenty-nine years and
is a licensed Florida real estate broker.
David Warriner
David is the President of Tapper and Company, specializing in hospitality property management and real estate management and development. He is the owner of the Port Inn and MainStay Suites in Port St. Joe. In addition, David is an ex-banker and legislative assistant in Florida. He comes to the board from
Coastal Community Bank where he served as director since its inception.
Dewey Blaylock
Dewey is co-owner of Sunset Coastal Grill of Port St. Joe, along with is wife Patti. Dewey is also owner and operating manager of the local St. Joe News Network – providing local television programming to Gulf County residents. In addition, he manages local properties and development; and provides yacht brokerage services across the Forgotten Coast. Dewey brings a strong perspective of service management to the Board, having built and sold a full service technology company in Atlanta that twice achieved the upper rankings of the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies over a five year period, being ranked #16 in 1998. Dewey comes to the board from
Coastal Community Bank where he served as a director since its inception.
